1. Preheat oven 425 degrees.
2. In a large bowl whisk together 1 cup flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
3. Add water and oil and mix well until blended.
4. Gradually add more flour, 1/4 cup at a time, until dough forms into a ball. (Dough will be
quite sticky but with you should be able to handle it with floured hands)
5. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 4-6 minutes until smooth and
elastic.
6. Place dough in a bowl, cover tightly and allow to rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.
7. Divide dough into four equal-size pieces and roll or pat each into a 10-inch circle.
8. Spread pizza sauce on top of each pizza, followed by cheese, and desired toppings.
9. Bake in preheated oven on the lowest rack for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown
and cheese is melted. Serve warm.
